Yabarana has decided to further specialize in Perl (Catalyst) and PHP (Symfony) in our development teams. We are dropping Ruby (Rails) and Python (Zope/Plone) for the time being and have started some research and proofs of concept in Android development, intially with Java of course, and later determine if it makes sense for us to support projects such as Perldroid.

Plone/Zope will remain our primary CMS platform for existing CMS customers, but Yabarana itself will probably move to Webgui or similar, to be consistent with our new technical direction. Existing Plone customers will be adviced to migrate to the new CMS platform although we will continue to provide support for Plone and Zope in the currently installed version only, as long we have a single customer in that platform. We will offer extremely low rates to migrate your existing Plone site to our new chosen CMS when that is decided.

We have also made some adjustments to our Applications Portfolio and will make more soon.
